The following is an example of a spreadsheet I did while Co-oping
at Miller Industries:
I was given some warranty data and needed to find a way to compare different
component problems with various phenomena.
Here is an example of the data received:
The following equation was then used in this instance to find the total amount
of "Total Warranty Cost" with respect to "Paint"
and "Damage"

From this equation, the following matrix was
set up.

Many additional information was found such as "Top Ten"
Items with warranty problems, this matrix was used on each wrecker,
"Warranty/Sales Ratio ($)," "Months in Storage Vs. Number of Claims & Total
Claims Cost," etc.
