Created various procedures (for the shop, distributors, and engineers) Procedure Template

Wrecker project, in which I analyzed, helped assemble, wrote procedures for, and changed the bill of materials for
                              two common wreckers from beginning to end.  This was also done for an Australian Military project wrecker
                        ·       
Analyzed the data and created spreadsheets for wrecker sales from 2000 - Mid-2004
                        ·       
Worked on a warranty problem project involving customer claims to sales ratios, major parts with issues, etc.
